We delivered the company’s new Sorting Hub Inauguration through a fully integrated, end-to-end event management and communications programme. Our team designed and implemented the event communication strategy across all phases – from pre-event planning to live execution and post-event engagement – while successfully delivering three major events in a single day: the Press Conference, the Official Inauguration, and the Partner Event.
The project included programme design, run-of-show management, stakeholder coordination, branding and stage design, LED wall production, and the creation of all audiovisual content, including the opening video, motion graphics, and animated key visuals. We also managed invitations and guest services, speechwriting and executive messaging, press materials, and all editorial and production oversight, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and consistent communication across every touchpoint.
